Shipping Policy
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 in the continental United States. Outside the 48 state area, we will determine your shipping cost so that you know what the cost is in advance. No one wants to be shocked!
Return & Exchange Policy
Given the hand made and customized items we create and sell, we adhere to a no refund and no return policy. If you have an issue with your product, feel free to contact us however, customized to your request, which you did in writing; those items are not eligible for either a refund or to return.
